Round graphite electrodes are widely used within the EDM industry. Ohio Carbon Blank Inc. is capable of supplying rounds to a tolerance of +/-.001. Precision ground ends are available on most sizes.
Our rounds are available in several grades of graphite materials (See Quick Link). Fine grain lower cost electrodes are available for roughing applications. Super & ultra fine grain materials are available for the most demanding finishing operations.
All electrodes are 100% visually and dimensionally inspected to ensure that the orders are exactly to the requested specifications. Extra protective boxing with content labels also minimizes the chance of damage and identification issues.
