E.D.M. graphite electrode blanks are supplied in square, rectangular and
round shapes and sizes. Material sizes available in .001 inch increments
up to a full block size. Squares and rectangles can be saw cut or precision
ground to +/-.0002 inch on all dimensions and squareness. Material grade
class levels range from medium to high in density and strength, with particle
sizes from fine to sub-micron, plus impregnates. They provide an application
fit from roughing to ultra-high definition finishing of tool and die forms
or production parts.
